FAQ

  • What's your shipping policy?
    Orders will be processed 2-5 days from receipt of payment. ​ All shipping responsibility lies with USPS after departing ELOI. Customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery address and filing claims for missing packages, which can be done here. Once USPS marks the package as "Delivered", customer is liable if any loss or theft occurs and those items cannot be refunded.
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    Just like you, ELOI bandanas are unique and may vary slightly. All of my products are carefully inspected and fully guaranteed; for this reason I don't accept returns. I (completely) understand that minds and moods change, so if you'd like to exchange your pattern, write to heythere@eloi.us. All instagram sales are final.
  • Can you make a custom pattern for my event/business/shop?
    Yes! I love working with you to create a custom pattern. Reach out to me at paige@eloi.us for fabric and product options, quotes and timelines.
  • Can you print scarves for me?
    Yes, I'm also happy to facilitate scarf printing if you have a pattern of your own. Reach out to paige@eloi.us for more info.
  • I ordered something then saw there was a sale! Can I apply the sale code to my existing order?
    Generally no, but if you haven't gotten your item's shipping notification yet I'd be happy to retroactively apply it to your order.
